- No, the villa is lagoon front of a rocky shoreline, but it has a small, artificial (man-made), private sandy solarium and, by
the other hand, it has a private entrance to Yalku Lagoon.
- Can I get into the water to swim or snorkel?
- Yes, the villa has two direct entrances to the lagoon where you can swim and snorkel.
- I know there is an entrance fee to go into the lagoon, do I need to pay it daily?
- No, you can go into the lagoon directly from your villa, without paying any fee.
- Does the villa provide snorkel gear?
- No, but you can rent it in any of the local dive shops.
- Is there maid service?
- Yes, the service is provided everyday, but Sundays.
- What about drinking water?
- Never drink water direct from the faucet. Bottled water is provided and replaced to cover your needs.
- Where is the closest beach?
- Half Moon Bay is at a 5 minute walk from the villa and Akumal Bay is located at 1.5 miles from the villa.
- Is there any restaurant nearby?

- Is there an iron and ironing board?
- Yes, the villa has iron and ironing board.

- No, the TV is equipped with DVD to watch movies only.
