No, the villa is ocean front on a rocky shoreline, but it has an artificial (man-made) private sandy beach and, by the other hand, it is located at a walking distance from Akumal Bay.
Can I get into the water to swim or snorkel?
The villa has a direct entrance to the ocean that can be used only on calm days for snorkeling and swimming.
Does the villa provide snorkel gear?
No, but you can rent it in any of the local dive shops.
Is there maid service?
Yes, the service is provided everyday, but Sundays.
What about drinking water?
Never drink water direct from the faucet. Bottled water is provided and replaced to cover your needs.
