Kokobeach also offers wide flexibility for your accommodation needs, with 4 bedrooms, 1 detached studio and 1 detached penthouse, there is room for groups of 8 up to 18 guests.

The outside areas of this Akumal villa are remarkable: private, man-made sandy beach, large oceanfront pool with bar, aquatic solarium and kiddy area, and a picturesque palapa with hammocks. Kokobeach also has a direct entrance to the ocean for snorkeling in calm days.

Villa Kokobeach will not rent to more than one group at a time, so you will never have to share any of the outdoor areas with another group.
