- Is the villa on the beach?
- Yes, it has slightly rocky sandy beach, however there is a sandy bottom entrance to the ocean with few
if any rocks.
- Can I get into the water to swim or snorkel?
- Yes, you can.
- Does the villa provide snorkel gear?
- No, but you can rent it in any of the local dive shops.
- Is there maid service?
- Yes, the service is provided everyday, but Sundays.
- What about drinking water?
- Never drink water direct from the faucet. Bottled water is provided and replaced to cover your needs.
- Where is the closest beach?
- Just in front of your villa. By the other hand, Akumal Bay is located at a 5 minute drive from the villa.
- Is there any restaurant nearby?
- Yes. You can see here the complete list of restaurants.
- Is there an iron and ironing board?
- Yes, the villa has iron and ironing board.
- Can I go walking into the center of Akumal from Casa Mágica?
- Yes, there is a path along the waterline, which can be walked during the day. It's a 15-20 minute walk.
