- Yes, it has slightly rocky sandy beach.

- Yes, you can, but it's recommended to use beach shoes because the beach is slightly rocky.
- Does the villa provide snorkel gear?
- No, but you can rent it in any of the local dive shops.
- Is there maid service?
- Yes, the service is provided everyday, but Sundays.
- What about drinking water?
- Never drink water direct from the faucet. Bottled water is provided and replaced to cover your needs.
- Where is the closest beach?
- Just in front of your villa. By the other hand, Akumal Bay is located at a 5-8 minute drive from the villa.
- Is there any restaurant nearby?

- Yes, the villa has an iron but not an ironing board.
