Yes, it located in one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in all the Riviera Maya.

Can I get into the water to swim or snorkel?

Yes, just in front of the condo is a splendid reef plenty of life.

Does the condo provide snorkel gear?

No, but you can rent it in any of the local dive shops.

Is there maid service?

Yes, the service is provided everyday, but Sundays.

What about drinking water?

Never drink water direct from the faucet. Bottled water is provided and replaced to cover your needs.

Where is the closest beach?

Just in front of your condo. By the other hand, Akumal Bay is located at a 5-8 minute drive from the condo.

Yes, the condo has iron and ironing board.

Is the beach private?

Yes, since Aventuras Akumal has not public access, only the guests and owners of the few properties and the two hotels nearby can be there.
